Caymus Partners LLC is pleased to announce that Triple Crown Media, Inc. ("Triple Crown") has successfully completed its financial restructuring. Caymus Partners worked with Triple Crown, which had suffered a downturn in revenues and was significantly overleveraged, to renegotiate outstanding debt with both junior and senior lenders. The restructuring, which reduced debt significantly in exchange for equity interest, will allow Triple Crown to maintain cash flow adequate for the business' long-term viability. Caymus Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Triple Crown in the transaction.
