Caymus Partners LLC is pleased to announce that it has provided financial advisory services and rendered a fairness opinion for Triple Crown Media, Inc. ("Triple Crown") regarding a proposed 500 to 1 reverse stock split. The transaction will result in Triple Crown having fewer than 300 holders of record, allowing it to delist from the NASDAQ global market. This will relieve Triple Crown of significant administrative and reporting requirements and associated financial burdens.
