Caymus Partners LLC is pleased to announce that it has provided financial advisory services and rendered a fairness opinion for the Trans-Lux Corporation ("Trans-Lux" or the "Company") on the proposed sale of its Theatre Division to Storyteller Theatres Corporation ("Storyteller Theatres" or the "Buyer"). Caymus Partners utilized its operational and financial expertise to conduct various valuation analyses in order to evaluate the fairness of the transaction. The divestiture of its Theatre Division will allow Trans-Lux to focus on its core Display Division while allowing Storyteller Theaters to continue to improve the value of the theatres previously owned by Trans-Lux.
