Caymus Partners LLC Advises Surgis, Inc. on Initial Funding and Acquisition

Caymus Partners LLC is pleased to announce that it has successfully advised Surgis, Inc. (“Surgis” or the “Company”) on securing initial funding of $100 million and on its initial acquisition of a surgical services company. In addition, Caymus Partners assisted the Company with the hiring of its senior management team, led by Joseph Hutts. Caymus Partners acted as the Company’s exclusive advisor.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Surgis specializes in outpatient surgical services. The Company operates outpatient ambulatory surgery centers in 22 outpatient locations and manages the endoscopy services for 39 hospitals.
