The transaction seeks to create a leading dental practice management company, possessing a unique combination of leading market positions and cutting edge technology. The new company would benefit from the combination of Intelident's leadership in dental practice management and Zila's leading positions in prevention, detection and treatment of oral cancer and periodontal disease. Caymus Partners LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to Intellident on this transaction.
