Caymus Partners LLC is pleased to announce that the Firm recently completed another successful year and is positioned for a strong year in 2007 with several transactions projected to close in the first quarter. In addition, Caymus Partners added two new members to the Firm in 2006. Caymus Partners completed a variety of transactions in 2006, including the sale of Care Technologies, Inc. to Lifeline Systems, Inc. In addition, Caymus Partners successfully closed two recapitalization transactions, which have served as a unique and attractive alternative to a sale. The firm advised Professional Healthcare at Home, Inc. on its majority equity recapitalization by Mainsail Partners, a private equity firm based in San Francisco, CA, allowing the Company to raise growth capital and allow for a shareholder dividend. Caymus Partners also successfully closed a $28.5 million debt recapitalization for HSS Group, Inc. and its subsidiary Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC (“HSS”) with regard to a shareholder dividend. Caymus Partners also completed a fairness opinion for Qualmax, Inc., a specialized information technology solutions provider.

Caymus Partners’ pipeline for 2007 also remains robust, including a number of recent new engagements.

In addition to its growing business, Caymus Partners has made important additions to its team. As part of the firm’s continued development, Caymus Partners has hired two new professionals, Ranvijay Singh and David Chan. Mr. Singh joins Caymus Partners as an associate, with prior experience in M&A advisory and restructuring services. Mr. Chan was hired as part of the Firm’s annual Analyst Program. Both professionals hold degrees from Emory University.
