The firm has completed several merger & acquisition assignments including the sale of the Tennessee division of Coast Dental Services, Inc. and the sale of BresaGen Ltd. to Cbio Ltd., as well as the recapitalization of Northern Safety Company Inc. The firm has also completed several private placements for our clients, which include National Renal Alliance, Technion Communications Corporation, CareSouth Home Health Services, Celtaxsys, Inc. and MitralSolutions Inc. Other advisory engagements have been completed for Lynch Interactive Corp., New World Brands Inc. and Lynch Corporation.
