Caymus Partners LLC is pleased to announce that it has provided strategic and financial advisory services to the Tenet Shareholders Committee (the “Committee”), a committee representing the shareholders of Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) (“Tenet” or the “Company”), an owner/operator of general hospitals and related healthcare facilities. Based on its knowledge of the healthcare industry, Caymus Partners provided advice to the Committee related to the Company’s financial performance and market penetration and made recommendations to the Committee on changes to the Company’s executive management and board of directors. Following the replacement of certain of the Company’s key management and directors, the Company undertook a restructuring of its business. Caymus Partners served as the Committee’s exclusive advisor and continues to work with the Committee on an ongoing basis.
