Caymus Partners LLC is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a private placement of convertible debt for Receivables Outsourcing, Inc. (“ROI” or the “Company”). The Company intends to use the financing to fund an acquisition and one-time dividend. The Company’s new equity partner provided capital to accomplish the founder's goals and assisted in reducing costs through outsourcing the Company’s labor needs. Caymus Partners structured a financing that minimized dilution to founding shareholders, while positioning the Company for aggressive future growth. Caymus Partners also introduced to the Company the strategic financing partner (based in India), which has worked with ROI to improve profitability by utilizing outsourcing functions based in India, thus enhancing long-term value for its shareholders. Caymus Partners was the Company’s exclusive advisor on the transaction.
