Caymus Partners LLC (“Caymus Partners”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a fairness opinion for Qualmax, Inc., now rebranded as IP Gear (“IP Gear” or the “Company”) with respect to the Company’s sale to New World Brands Inc. (OTCBB:NWBD) (“New World Brands”), an importer and distributor of wine and spirits in the United States. In the transaction, New World Brands will purchase all the assets and liabilities of IP Gear for 85.7% of the Company’s total shares on a fully diluted basis.
