Caymus Partners LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Justin Adams as a Vice President. Prior to joining Caymus Partners, Mr. Adams was a Vice President in SG Cowen’s Private Equity Group. While at SG Cowen, he focused on equity private placements in the healthcare and information technology sectors.

Prior to SG Cowen, Mr. Adams was a Senior Associate in the Private Capital Group of Soundview Technology and was one of the first members to join E*Offering, an online platform for distributing IPO shares to the retail investment community, that was later acquired by Soundview Technology. Prior to E*Offering, Mr. Adams was an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Credit Lyonnais Securities and a Senior Financial Analyst at CIBC Oppenheimer.

Mr. Adams has a B.A. magna cum laude from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
