Caymus Partners LLC ("Caymus Partners") is pleased to announce that HSS Group, Inc. and its subsidiary, Hospitality Staffing Solutions, LLC, ("HSS" or the "Company") have successfully completed a follow-on financing by Caltius Mezzanine. Caymus Partners completed the private placement of approximately $6.0 million, consisting of senior subordinated notes which will be used to fund working capital needs as well as a shareholder distribution. Caymus Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to HSS in the transaction. The transaction is a follow-on investment in the Company by Caltius Mezzanine who, along with CIT, initially made a $21.0 million investment in December 2006.
