Caymus Partners was the Company’s exclusive advisor on the transaction.

About Celtaxsys

Celtaxsys is an early-stage biotechnology company that is licensing technology discovered at Massachusetts General Hospital (“MGH”) and Harvard Medical School. While at MGH, the founder of the technology discovered a unique cellular mechanism that regulates immune response by either (i) repelling immune and inflammatory cells, or (ii) blocking the ability for infectious agents and cancerous cells to repel immune cells.
