Technion operates call centers for its growing client base of blue chip companies. The Company has a fully integrated network connecting all of its operating centers that allows voice and data to be delivered via IP (Internet protocol) as a single virtual resource. Technion specializes in e-commerce solutions, inbound teleservices, outbound telemarketing, account executive teleservices, Hispanic teleservices and database management.
Client Objective
Technion was undergoing a dramatic shift in their business plan and needed rapid access to capital in order to fund the ramp-up of new customers. Technion was also seeking strategic advice on the growth of their business to include new services and a diverse customer base. Caymus Partners was engaged by Technion to provide strategic advisory services in addition to the evaluation and negotiation of a successful private placement.

- Maximizing Valuation with a Preemptive Offer. Caymus Partners was able to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with a single investor within 90 days; and
- Post-Funding Execution. Caymus Partners continues to provide strategic advice to Technion following the close of the transaction to assist management in achieving their growth and profitability initiatives.
