Caymus Partners' Associate Program provides experienced professionals with an opportunity to build or continue their career in investment banking. Associates typically enter the program upon completion of an M.B.A or other graduate degree, but the firm will consider applicants with other backgrounds and experience. Associates work in small transaction teams led by a senior banker of the firm. Associates are responsible for leading the day-to-day transaction execution process, working closely with clients, as well as senior bankers and analysts.
